Our Guarantees
Due to market and seasonal availability, we cannot always guarantee exact blooms or styles. However, we can ensure that your order will be a living work of art, created in the Flower Petaler’s signature style.
While our bouquets are always market-fresh flowers, we understand they are alive and sometimes unpredictable. If your order does something it’s not supposed to, please email us a photo within 48 hours of delivery, so we can reach out to you to correct it.
COVID-19
At this time, our deliveries and pickups are contactless. Our delivery and studio staff will be wearing masks when facilitating a dropoff or delivery, and we ask that you try to do the same. Unfortunately, we are not able to offer deliveries to hospitals or long-term care facilities until further notice. Any orders placed for delivery to these facilities will be held in our cooler until an alternate delivery address is provided by the customer.

Studio Pickup
Want to skip the delivery option and go right to the source? We have a convenient contactless pickup option available at checkout. You can arrange a curbside pickup from our design studio in South Granville seven days a week. Saturday + Sunday orders must be picked up by 11 a.m.
Please note we are a studio-based florist; we do not have a storefront. Please call us at (604) 258-9963 when you arrive, and someone will meet you curbside with your order.
Flower Delivery
Order by 6 pm for next-day flower delivery across the Lower Mainland. Your order can be placed online through our shop or over the phone at 604-258-9963. Need a same-day delivery? Reach out to us by phone or email, and we may be able to accommodate your request!
Delivery and Cutoff Times
Our delivery window is between 12 to 6 pm, Tuesday to Sunday. While we try to accommodate time requests, we cannot guarantee delivery times.
Order Confirmations
Before our daily deliveries leave the studio, we send a courtesy call to all of our recipients to confirm delivery details (buzzer number, apartment number, where to leave the arrangement if no one is available to receive it). Please note, if the recipient requests to pick-up even though the delivery fee has already been paid, we are not able to refund the delivery fee. If we cannot get in touch with the recipient before deliveries leave the studio, and they do not answer their door/buzzer, we will keep the order in our possession until we know it will be safely received.
Want your delivery to be a surprise? Write us a note in the special request section of your order, and make sure to supply us with the following information: a three-hour window when the recipient should be home, a buzzer and apartment number when applicable, and a place to leave the arrangement safely should no one answer the door.
